Jim Digby - Show Maker, Speaker, Philanthropist
Jim has spent three decades bringing celebrated talent to stages across the globe. Longtime Director of Touring for multi-platinum recording artists Linkin Park, he has shepherded productions for diverse and high-profile clients including Enrique Iglesias, Backstreet Boys, Marilyn Manson, The Bolshoi Ballet, Phil Collins, and Bon Jovi.
Jim’s is passionate about event safety, sharing professional knowledge, and driving positive change in the industry. He is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Event Safety Alliance, and recently co-founded the “Show Maker Symposium”, a non-profit designed to educate, develop standards, and strengthen the live event community.
Jim is a board member of the Behind The Scenes Foundation, 4-time Tour Link Production Manager of the Year, and the 2012 Parnelli’s “Production Manager of the Year” award. He regularly serves as a conference keynote speaker where he speaks on matters relating to event safety, event production as a trade, and the often challenging human condition in live events.
David Shapiro - Owner and Agent at Sound Talent Group
Dave started at the bottom and now he’s wearing sunglasses as pajamas. That’s the power of STG. His unparalleled drive and love for lace-less footwear has propelled his career to an altitude only possible to achieve in one of his many... many personal aircraft. Dave is also a great man of charity. He has taken in a new/used dog every time Sarah McLachlan appears in one of those SPCA commercials. Dave’s wife also lives at the same address as he does. They were married on a glacier in the nation of Alaska. She has tried to teach him how to tie real shoes to no avail. Whether it be on earth, or in the sky... if your band needs a gig, then Dave is your guy.
Adam Weiser - VP in Nashville for AEG Presents Global Touring
Adam has spent more than a decade at AEG Presents, where most recently has promoted tours with artists including Lauren Daigle, Dan + Shay, Luke Combs, Old Dominion, Chris Young, Kelsea Ballerini, Brett Young, My Chemical Romance and many others. Prior to his role in touring at AEG Presents, Adam oversaw bookings for the legendary New Jersey nightclub, Starland Ballroom.
Adam was named IEBA’s Club Buyer if the Year in 2014 and 2017, and has also been nominated for the 2015 Pollstar Nightclub Talent Buyer of the Year as well as the 2019 and 2020 Academy of Country Music Promoter of the Year awards. He currently resides in Hendersonville Tennessee.
